"If your only option right now is playing Cyberpunk 2077 on either of the base console platforms, I highly suggest you don't play at all until its many terrible performance issues are fixed. And if you've already bought it and had an experience similar to what I've described, you should absolutely get a refund if possible. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are simply not in an acceptable state, and it makes me sad to think that so many people are having their first Cyberpunk 2077 experience ruined this way - because when it works, it's a fantastic RPG."

Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed it will give players of Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 (or on PS5 via backward compatibility) refunds for purchasing the game. But the platform holder is taking things a step further and actually removing Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store for digital purchase "until further notice."
In a newly posted refund-related page, SIE confirmed its intentions to offer full refunds to all players who purchased Cyberpunk via the PS Store, while also committing to delisting the game for the time being. The company's full statement reads:
"SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.
"Once we have confirmed that you purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that completion of the refund may vary based on your payment method and financial institution."

Tym razem między innymi kończymy misję fabularną "Skok na głęboką wodę" w ramach pierwszego aktu kampanii fabularnej. Produkcja została stworzona przez polskie studio CD Projekt Red, a ja gram na konsoli Xbox Series X w wersję XONE dzięki wstecznej kompatybilności. Kolejne odcinki będę starał się wypuszczać codziennie.
Cyberpunk 2077 to pierwszoosobowa gra RPG rozgrywająca się w fikcyjnym Night City. Jako najemnik V podejmujemy się wielu różnych zleceń, które z czasem składają się na rozbudowaną historię z udziałem różnych gangów i wielkich korporacji. Jak przystało na produkcję polskiego studia CD Projekt Red, całość tworzy niezwykle atrakcyjną fabułę z ciekawymi postaciami i poruszanymi wątkami. W serii "Zagrajmy w Cyberpunk 2077" pokażę Wam przejście całej gry na 100%, a więc wraz z wykonywaniem wszystkich misji głównych i pobocznych, na jakie natrafimy w swoim pierwszym podejściu. Cyberpunk 2077 to gra mająca światową premierę 10 grudnia 2020 roku na PC oraz konsolach PlayStation 4 i Xbox One. W 2021 roku wydane zostaną specjalne aktualizacje dostosowujące grę do wykorzystania potencjału PlayStation 5 oraz Xbox Series X|S. Do tego czasu posiadacze konsol nowej generacji mogą korzystać z dobrodziejstw wstecznej kompatybilności, co już teraz przekłada się na większą płynność rozgrywki i krótsze czasy wczytywania niż na PlayStation 4 Pro czy Xbox One X. Cyberpunk 2077 is as uneven and unfinished as it is captivating and brilliant. As an RPG it fizzles, but as an open world action game it shines with the brightness of a million neon signs. Even with its glaring flaws, Cyberpunk absolutely delivers.

Mais cedo hoje (17), você viu aqui que a Sony anunciou um reembolso irrestrito e integral para aqueles que compraram Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. Em nota, a empresa explicou que a satisfação dos clientes é muito importante e se comprometeu a resolver os casos de pedidos de devolução.
E não só isso, em um caso raríssimo, a companhia japonesa anunciou a remoção do título da PlayStation Store. De agora em diante já não é mais possível comprar uma cópia do game da CD Projekt RED através da loja digital da PlayStation.
A SIE se esforça ao máximo para garantir a satisfação dos clientes, e por isso nós vamos começar a oferecer o reembolso integral para os jogadores que adquiriram o Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. A SIE também vai remover o Cyberpunk 2077 da PlayStation Store por tempo indeterminado.
Nos últimos anos, vimos jogos entrando e saindo da PS Store, seja por problemas de licenciamento ou certificação, mas nenhum deles era do gabarito de Cyberpunk 2077. Talvez seja uma medida protetiva para evitar que mais pessoas se decepcionem e peçam restituições, gerando outros custos para todas as partes envolvidas.
Ainda que as informações não estejam claras, é bem provável que o jogo volte a ser comercializado assim que a maior parte dos problemas forem solucionados.
